Title: firmware update

Hi All, trying to update firmware to my 1258, using laptop, have usb cable plugged into 1258 to usb port on laptop, setup manager says all is working and connected, go to load lastest firmware, and stops with  error 31, suggestions ??  also in device manager it shows a question mark under ports with this being  the line   RRC1258 COM2(COM8)    under properties, the comment is "this device cannot start (code 10)   any suggestion ?  using windows XP, and installed netframework 2.0   thanks... after a bit of searching and reading, now have units updated via web, thanks... Ken   K7ZUM
