Anyone have experience with Elecraft KPA500 & remoterig?

Hi Ziv,

Assuming you mean in conjunction with a K3, then you can control the KPA500 through
the K3/0 as you would in the shack. For details, download the K3 Remote owner Manual
from Elecraft at http://www.elecraft.com/K2_Manual_Download_Page.htm#k3_remote
and follow the instructions on page 15.

As usual, always ready to help…!! Unfortunately not a K3 but TS-480 connected to KPA500 + KAT500

Oh, sorry, Ziv, I am getting a bad memory in my old age  :'(

Then the only way is serial control over COM1 of the RRC, or just use an external
serial server like I do. You can get them from Lantronix or Moxa over Ebay quite
cheaply.
