Title: Access to RC1216 Acom2000 view

We installed a RC1216H unit at the Remote to monitor/control the Acom2000a.  We prt forwarded 13010 as the control port.  Shouldn't I be able to access the Acom2000a view on the Control end PC by just inputting the Remote IP#  and the port #?       such as 76.178.XXX.XXX :13010

Yes, that will work. Possible problems:

- you didn't forward the web port. Assuming it is the same as the normal 1216, it is in the
   IP settings as "Web server port"
- There is no space between the IP number and the colon/port number

Ha...added the additional Web port for the RC-1216H and all is well...  Operator error.... thanks Mitch.
