Title: Need to get the controller RR in for service

I'm not sure exactly where I need to send it.  The unit will not power up with a power supply or USB.  I need to get it back in service as soon as possible. Can someone help me with this? Thank you.

Take out he PCB and send it to us in Sweden in a padded envelope. We repair it if it worth the effort or offer you a replacement.
State value 0, broken return for repair for the customs.
