Title: Wifi Card Not Finding my Mobile Hotspot

Hi - I have the wifi card installed and using ver 2.88. This config worked fine with my last phone (Samsung Note 3) using the Verizon mobile hotspot - it found it every time. Now with my newer Samsung Note 4, still Verizon, the wifi card finds several networks in the neighborhood but doesn't show my mobile hotspot (which is the one I need to use). The settings on my phone are fine and my other computers see the verizon hotspot but not the remoterig box.

Any suggestions?  Thanks.

Check that your phone hotspot is set to operate on 2.4 GHz. The Wi-Fi card does not support 5 GHz.
