Post by: bernd on 2017-07-17, 18:45:22
Hello I have a problem with my rcc 1258mk

I can operate the radio on my home network, but if I enter  in the rcc  my ip address with the correct port then I can not reach my radio

In the router is port 13000 13002 open it has worked but now with a new mobile router and also on the old mobile router I can not reach my radio anyone has any idea

Thanks

Bernd,

It can be any number of things; the information you provided is not sufficient to determine the problem.

You didn't specify if the mobile router is on the control or radio side. It generally can not work on the radio side,
but I can provide details if that is the case.

Otherwise, you are welcome to mail me at dj0qn (at) darc.de and I can send you my networking checklist that may
help you locate the problem.

Like I wrote before, send me a short mail if you want the checklist. I don't otherwise
know your e-mail address.
