Title: same serial number on both units

some how my remoterig ( both control and radio) are using same serial number. how can this be corrected. Glenn KD4MYE

Hi

you have not used a working email address when register to the forum so I can't send you and email.

it should not be possible, but you and a handful has done it.

open the box with the wrong serial number and email me the serialnumber from the sticker

Did you solve this, I got no reply on my instructions. Was the email stopped by your spamfilter ?
