After looking into Radio, status page it show

SIP Out port   13000
SIP In port   13000
Audio Out port   1198
Audio In port   13001
Command Out port   62758
Command In port   13002
External SIP In port   13000
External Audio In port   13001
External Cmd In port   13002

In a old image pictures of radio and control side that worked OK. Both radio and the control side settings are a correct copy as before that worked great.

Radio turns on fine but still can't get no Audio from the Kenwood 480 remote. Tried this with both my 480 HX and Sat version.

Hi there can anyone help me out regarding audio problem between RRC boxe's.  I have not worked my Kenwood 480 for some time now. Face and radio side work fine but problem with audio remote.

I have installed it again with same setting's but for some reason there is no incoming audio. I can see both control side at home OK and radio side at remote side fine. I am not sure if maybe it has changed and this could be my problem.

Any help would be grateful to get me online again,

After working on both RRC boxes with no joy for some time. I would like to thank kindly Mike for solving the problem.

Now will be glad to work the both radios remote from my home and also mobile. Again Mike thank you.

Thank you Mike and also Dennis. I have followed this and second box still will not work and will just have to use second radio box as spare and second control box for car.

Working with PC, routers and port forwarding is not my thing :-(

so just change RRC Box 2 and router like this

UDP cmd port: 13006
UDP audio port: 13005
SIP port: 13004
Web server port: Different to box 1

Hi!
I just purchased a pair of new RRC-1258MkIIs and the WIFI Interface. I have installed these before with no problem on older boxes.

Folled the link and installed it with the setup manager and also within radio control WiFi settings and only working with cable from RRC control to Router.??

For some reason showing in the: Info my Wi-Fi network Ok but will not connect with green light flashing and bleeping. Working without Wifi is OK
