Hello-
I am finding that on the "find devices" screen, I have both the radio and control units showing up twice.  I updated the firmware to 2.91 for each device.  I have not progressed further with set up.  How do I delete the extra listing on the "find devices" screen?

Thank you, Gus.  I will explore that possibility.

Hello- Has anyone had to change the default SIP ALG setting on their Verizon FIOS router in order to turn off SIP ALG to get the RRC units working?  I scanned the 212-page user manual and Googled the issue.  A couple of sites said that the default has SIP ALG on and that it could not be changed by the user.  It was also stated that it was unknown whether Verizon could change that setting remotely.  The recommended solution was to use a different router.  Anyone  have any suggestions?

Thanks,

Helllo!

As AE5OQ stated, he was able to use the RC-2000 four-wire cable as manufactured, so it would seem that any straight through four-wire cable will work.  I too am reluctant to cut the existing cable!  I would rather purchase a new cable.
