Hi,

my RRC Radio unit will not accept my username and password !?
My unit is automatic restarting every night, so after reboot I get this error message on info page:

Data Abort at 0x0004c078, called by 0x0004b490

This worry be, because this is the same user/password I used for the last 4 years or something, so i did not forget my password.

I have some similar problems.   I have a Raspberry PI at my Radio QTH and now I cannot ping the RRC or I cannot browse via web GUI

If I try to access web GUI from my home computer (port forwarded on remote qth), i can access RRC via browser, but it will NOT take my password..

any updates on this?

General discussion / Stream just audio ?
« on: 2013-06-26, 11:22:19 »
Hi,

I use RRC with my Kenwood TM-D710 and I want to stream the Audio-stream from multiple devices (pc, iphone etc) . Is this possible?

Is RRC-Micro working with Kenwood TM-D710, but without CAT control?

Any updates on this? D710 --> RRC- MICRO

thanks for answer.

I wonder how much extra bandwidth the CAT control will use, but I guess that is not a significant amount. I have poor internet connection on my radio QTH..

Some day you should make a iphone/android client that will connect to the RRC-Micro computer w/USB dongle connected so you can use it from the mobilephone... he he ; )

okay, then I only need to make a CAT cable (straight cable...)

And the strapping is the same - not another strapping when in use with RRC-Micro?

How much extra bandwidth will RRC-Micro use?

okay, I have a TS-480 I can test with..

What cable(s) do I need between RRC-1258 MKII and radio to computer control the rig? please give a direct link, because in the past I have read a lot, so pretty confused at the moment :)

General discussion / help: Ic-706 and RRC-Micro - how to?
« on: 2012-01-07, 16:59:20 »
hi,

A friend of mine have 1258 MK II and IC-706 he uses when he travels (so he use the ic-706 front panel!).

Can I connect to his radio with RRC-Micro - when he do not use the radio ?

And what is the correct Ci-V interface cable for this? connected to Com2 on radio side, or via TTL?

thanks.

I guess the firewall at the hotel is blocking som ports for you.

Try to change ports (not SIP, that work). In worst case, you maybe need to use VPN directly to your home network.

Hi,

I use my TS-480 in my car with mobile broadband. Earlier I was using ic-706 and external speaker in my car, and the volume was loud and clear.

Now, when I use ts-480 with the same setup, the volume is much lower (but clear...). Anything I can do?

Heisann,

men blir det helt umulig å få audio packet size høyere i fremtiden p.g.a RAM?
