Hello,
suddenly my unit RRC1258, (sn 4377 server) with ip 194.116.59.36, no longer able to communicate with my radio icom 2820.
The other unit (receiver) has ip 194.116.59.37; on the web page "status" there are no errors related to TCP / IP, sip pass ... and more.
I think it's due to a TTL port hardware fault.
When I connect it all together in the speaker of the radio I hear a cyclical noise (TOC TOC) and the display will remain off.
Does anyone have any idea what can I check? Voltages, IC ... something?
I also have an oscilloscope.

Thank you for your help.

Andrea

Hardware, Cabling, Installations / RRC1258 V6/7
« on: 2012-11-14, 23:44:05 »
Good evening everyone, I posted a message last night, but got lost. I try to rewrite it.
I have a Radio control with hardware version 6.
Can I use it with radio remote control version 7?
While inserting the correct parameters will always appear sip error and, in version 7, I saw that there is a SIP voice out / in on port 5060. How can this be? I do not have the firewall.
Thanks for the replies.

Hello,
I find it really strange that:
my device RRC Radio MkII can not communicate with RRC-Control V7.
There is a minimum compatibility between the two terminals?
The error that appears is:
CP-> Panel power on after SIP error
CP-> Panel power off two to no comm.
CP-> Panel power on after SIP error
CP-> Panel power off two to no comm.
CP-> Panel power on after SIP error
CP-> Panel power off two to no comm.
CP-> Panel power on after SIP error
CP-> Panel power off two to no comm.
CP-> Panel power on after SIP error
CP-> Panel power off two to no comm.
CP-> Panel power on after SIP error

the doors, on firewall, are open, the cable for ic2820 is ok (i13a).
Any ideas please?

thanks
Andrea

Hello everyone,
My name is Andrea and I purchased Vs. product 1274A.
I using the software Microbit RRC-Client vers. 1.1.2 but unfortunately I can not interface my Yaesu FT857 with HRD version 5.11
I use the scheme published by FT8x7 pg. To 141 pg. Rev. 147, A22 manual, TTL/mini din ... COM0 ...
I can't interface it to the program because voice and microphone work perfectly, I receive and transmit, but unfortunately does not recognize the COM.
I am available to attach the logs ... I have no more ideas and then ask for help.
Can we help me?

Thank you!

Hardware, Cabling, Installations / Yaesu FT857 not vork
« on: 2012-02-26, 02:40:29 »
Hello, I am Iw1gap, Andrea and live near Turin.
I'm trying to run the machine YAESU FT 857 with the RRC-1258.
I created all cables described from page 122 to page 125, Rev. A20 manual but nothing works.
I tried the remoterig 1274A, receive and transmit without radio control.
I tried to follow the instructions to interface with HRD, but I can not make it work.
I did downgrade the firmware to the version released in December ... I do not know what to do ...
The settings followed are those marked on p. Manual Rev. 127, A20.
Can anyone, please, help me?

Many thanks.

Andrea
