General / Nano PRO Lic + TS480 + Antenna Button

Hello,

I purchased the Pro version of RRC Nano K today.
So far everything works quite well. Nice App!   

Just the button "Ant." and the handling of the dialog box "Auxilary Controls" is not clear to me. How are the select buttons meant ?
That you can switch between the two antennas is clear to me, but I find the operation of the antenna tuner and the behavior of the select buttons not very intuitive.   
Unfortunately I did not find a description of it anywhere.

General / "App Trial Period has expired"

... Always when changing phone the lic has to be updated, and sometimes when the OS is updated. Just let me know the new lic id code and Iwill reactivate

General / rrc nano server not available

I just wanted to try the rrc-nano demo, but couldn't find nano-rrc server on google playstore!?

What am I doing wrong?

Who else uses an Alinco DXSR8 with RRC-1258 MkIIs (HW rel. 7)?
In my opinion, there are a number of problems with this combination.

Configuration, RRC 1258 / Programming the Alinco DX-SR8 via RRC does not work

I found, that a setup of the Alinco DX-SR8 with the Alinco Clone Utility is not possible, when the Alinco front-unit and the Alinco main-unit are connected via RemoteRig.

Is that not possible at all, or should I adapt the configuration?

Configuration, RRC 1258 / modulation problem regarding low audio-frequencies

In the combination of Alinco DX-SR8 with RRC 1258 I found that the modulation prefers only the higher audio-frequencies, low audio-frequencies are missing totally!?  So I have been reported in many QSOs. 

I have tested this with different band-frequencies and with different modulation-modes. Even through several changes in the RRC-configuration no improvement could be achieved.   

Any suggestions?

Configuration, RRC 1258 / Releasing the PTT-Key freezes the audio transmission

With Alinco DX-SR8E and the RemoteRig Remoterig RRC-1258MkII Set (HW-Rev. 7 and FW V 2.58) I have often recognized a kind of freezing in the audio (rx) transmission during normal use of the PTT-Button during a QSO. After releasing the PTT-Key (original microphon) you couldn't hear any rx-sound! But the audio transmission could always be recovered to the normal state, by simply triggering the PTT-Key again.

Can I fix this anomaly via a certain modification of the RRC configuration?

Configuration, RRC 1258 / codec-config for radio-rrc at location with low bandwidth

When the given bandwidth for the radio-rrc is much lower than for the control-rrc, is the following radio-setting (for example) correct?

Control:  8 - Linear 16 bits 16 kHz
Radio:    13 - IMA ADPCM 4 bits 16 kHz

Or should it be the other way round?
