Configuration, RRC 1258 / DDNS failure?

I'm having trouble with my RRC1258MK2 and two Webswitch1216Hs not being able to use ddns.remoterig.com.
On May 20th at 0010UTC, I made some contacts with RRC1258MK2 and 1216H, operating my remote station. However, when I tried to operate the remote station on May 22nd, the DDNS function did not work.
The power LED (green) of the RRC1258MK2 on the operating side is blinking.
The status of RRC1258MK2 and Webswitch1214H was collected by Remote rig setup manager and Chrome Remote desktop. I am attaching them.
Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

General discussion forum / Can I purchase a PCB for repairing my RRC Radio ?

I have been enjoying remote operation by RRC with TS-480 HX.
Today, I changed the layout of my shack.
And I made a mistake to connect opposite power polarity while several seconds.
RRC Radio was damaged.
Electric resistance between those DC+ In, GND, ZJY-2P01's Pins are below 0.5 Ohm.
DC power control part is apparently damaged, other part of the circuits may be damaged.
I would like to exchange the PCB of RRC-Radio.
Can I purchase a PCB for repairing my RRC-Radio ?

Configuration, RRC 1258 / No connection with ddns

Hello, My RRC 1258 for ICOM706G detachable panel connection worked well via LAN.
Last week, I tried to control from remote site via internet connection with ddns. I set ddns parameters to RRC cont. and RRC radio as stated in manual. Unfortunately I got no connection with my radio.
Also, my serial number are less than 3300, as discussed in VE2EO's case.
Please help me with some advices to solve this problem.
