Hi,
I would like to access the ws via the local lan.
Any hint how to configure this?

Thank you

In Belize we have an RRC1258 for remote control of V31YN's KWD TS-480.  Software version is "2.75 2013-10-31". All works fine so far with the exception of remote login to the radio RRC for remote administration of parameters like Jitter buffer, delay etc. In contrast to remote-switch, after entering the username and password that have been set up before we receive

http://xxxxxxxx.ddns.remoterig.com:xxxx
verlangt einen Benutzernamen und ein Passwort.
Ausgabe der Website: "E1200"

Is there a set-up-parameter allowing or prohibiting remote login? When exporting settings in html-format, after username and password, a line shows before the keyer parameters.
ENABLE: 0
Does this refer to remote login?

Configuration, RRC 1258 / Audio Transfer Short Interrupts
« on: 2011-06-18, 16:14:32 »
Hello
using ICOM 706 MK II and RRC-1258 MK II, I notice that the received sound is interrupted with a slight klick very shortly from time to time.  Interrupt is less then 0.1 seconds, but enough to make CW hard to read, e.g. a Dit of the Morse signal is split into two short ones.

Is this a known problem?  Can I change settings to avoid this?  For example Audio Quality (presently set to 2 Lin 16 bit 8 kHz on both units)?

Or is it a problem of my DSL provider (25 MBit/s) ?

Regards
Gerd

Hello,

I have a pair of RRC-1258 MK II, Software 2.35 and an ICOM706 MK II, its control-head and TRX separated 700 km.  Everything works very well for hours as it should, if everything has been switched off over night and they get reconnected by DSL the next day.  So the setup must be basically OK and please no advice to check cabling, port forwarding or else.  But, if I switch POWER off on the control-head, when I switch POWER on again, the display stays dark.  On the remote RRC-1258 the green PWR and yellow AUX-MIC are on, Status on both RRC is shown as Connected/Transfering. Nevertheless the display will not come up again, even if I switch off transceiver and both RRC temporaryly; unless under some unknown circumstances moving the tuning knob will bring it to life accidentially.  Should I refrain from using the POWER knob for swithing off?

Thank you
