Hej

Du måste aktivera "continues RTP tx" under advanced settings i Control RRC:n för att VOX skall funka

Hi

Yes you have to decide which output you wan't to use för the keyer output see under the IO meny in the Radio RCC. Its desciribed here http://www.remoterig.com/en/common_configs.htm

Hi

"DynDNS host name" should always be members.dyndns.or

Qouting DynDNS website"

"All requests should be sent to members.dyndns.org. Hard coding the IP address is not acceptable as the IP address may change."

Hi

If you check the pin numbering on the connector page, you find out that you can not use a straight cable from RRC to rotor. The one from PC to RRC can be straight.

Jag rekommendrar alltid ubiquiti www.ubnt.com

Dom är mycket prisvärda, funkar i alla väder

Powerstation 5 om man skall köra flera mil eller dom mindre pico, nano osv för korta avstånd

Hi

There is an built in filterning on the On/Off button. But if you press it for 1 sek the control RRC will receive the power on data message from the RC-2000. The Control RRC will store and send the power on message to the radio side as soon as the connection is up. When switching OFF there is a OFF data message sent to the the radio, the radio answers with a message to instruct the RC-2500 to clear the display (it never switches off).
We had to delay the closing of the connection to let the the panel off message from the radio to the RC-2500 to pass. Maybe this delay is to short when using long latency Mobile connections. I don't have a RC-2000/TS-2000 i just borrowed one for the initial development so I can't test it easily. Is there anyone who can give me a fare price on the setup I would appreciate it.

Hej

det fungerar hur bra som helst men du måste ju ha en lämplig omvänd accesspunkt vid RRC.n

No
In TS-480 mode it's always 9V there otherwise the control panel can not send the "power on" message (data message ) to the RRC or radio

Hi

Are you sure that you have set Program mode= 5 - TS-480. Then 8 or 9V ( depending on JMP2) should always appear on pin 2 in the TTL connector. If your RRC is set an other mode there will not be any 9V until the connection is already up.

Hi

I have not heard anybody else having that problem so I think it's a router issue. The PTT command is sent via SIP-info at port 5060.
So I think the router interfere with it in some way. Are you using IP-telephony in either end ? What kind of routers do you use?
Try to change 5060 to an other port, there are routers who assume it's IP-telephony if port 5060 is used and do strange things with the traffic but at those situtation it's normally not working at all. If your router has something called SIP-ALG turn it off.

Hi

I don't understand exactly what you mean. If they are possible to use one by one they must be possible to use together also, as it is today.

Hi

There is a speaker out in the jumper socket. Look at the IC-706 page http://www.remoterig.com/en/ic706anp.htm. Just add an red jumper wire to the connector pin number you want

Hi

I haven't even seen a TS-B2000 in real life, I understand it's the one with out a control panel ?

Is there anyone using the RC-2000 and standard TS-2000 who have noticed the same ?

ok I have alreay answered this by email also

Hi

With TS-480 its mandatory not to use the same power supplys for the Radio RRC and the Radio to avoid ground loops picking up RF

Qouting the website

"The Radio-RRC should also be powered by and external power supply (not the same as radio) to prevent ground loops which pics up HF. If you got that problem it is recognized by distorted audio from the microphone, which gets better and better as you reduce output power"

If it doesnt work you have missed a GND wire somewhere and need the powers supply to connect the GND together which is not good it will be very sensible to RF. Thats the problem you are describe further down in the mail

On the firewall tab the portforwarding is desribed briefly

http://www.remoterig.com/en/firewall.htm

The windows firewall is not involved anywhere in the Remoterig system

i often use 8000, 8001..... etc for my own webservers

but not ACOM 2000 and IC-7800 together as far as I know
