I have used the PC as Gateway to 3G many time myself for demonstrations on hamfests and exhibitions. I just set the RRC to DHCP. And then bridge the two connections together in win7. Mark up both and right click and select brigde.

If you use com2 for the rotator the cable should be straight not crossed as in Rolands description. I don't think there is any problem with the RRC-micro software.

1, OK
2, Yes it shoud never switch off the SDA100, it's only the relay which can do it.
3, See SDA100 manual, you must switch on the SDA100 and let it be on for minimum 3 minutes, then it will understand that after disconnect and reconnect power it will switch on automatically. You can test that that it work without the RC-1216H also.

What you mean is that you can not manually select 7 and 10 MHz. I think we have to add those bands, we forgot about it beacuase I only have the 4 el with 14-50 MHz. What is the default frequencys when you select 7 and 10 MHz ? 7,050 I guess and maybe 10,100 or ?

News in version 2.50:

- New function: Automatic switching in Radio-RRC for users who want to altern between K3 twin/Yaesu Twin or RRC/PC -control. No change of settings needed. The Radio RRC switch between mode 14/10 and 4 automatically.
– New function: PTT off mute delay time ( andvanced settings). Makes it possible to mute chirps coming from Tx-monitor audio when PTT is released.
– Fix: One situation where USB could hang up is fixed.
– Fix: Pwr on/off command  for Yaesu FT-450/950/2000/5000/9000 now always sent if mode=4 and Yaesu pwr on/off = Yes.
– Users manual version A18 updated with the functions above.

Hi

The data signal from radio to panel is missing somewhere. It can be one the red straps which is broken or the ic706 cable.Even if it they work connected directly it can be a problem with the data-gnd in the cable. If you email me login data I can try to connect from here to determine if it's in the control or radio end you have the problem.

Jo som det står på hemsidan så går det bara att ansluta Mickortet till 1258MkIIs dvs de senare som har Dual RX. Det skall alltså stå RRC-1258MkIIs på etiketten under för att det skall funka.

The drawing of the cable is correct, but there is a few places in the manual where the description of the I/O connector is wrong. It 's changed in the latest version of the manual which will be released any day. We will just add some new functions

Nej inte idag i alla fall, det går inte heller att styra dom reläerna annat än via rotor funktionen. är det inte enklare använda radio och NEXA-brytare

Det funkar ju att surfa till adressen så registering och uppdatering av dns funkar ju , prova det, så det borde funka i SIP kontakt fältet också. Du har inte fått in nått mellanslag eller nått där ?

Och det är bara "own host name" du skall kopiera till sip kontakt inte passwordet.

Använder du SIP password så skall du använda ditt gamla i båda ändorna.

The K3 Twin do not use the Kenwood protocol, It's a special protocol only for communication between the Control radio and the Remote radio. We have got the question about TS-590 several times and I have answered that the day we can borrow two 590s we will see what can be done.
