« on: 2020-07-22, 16:52:32 »
Hello,

I installed RRC Micro in conjunctions with 1258 via cat cable TS-480 but the problem is that there is no audio at all. I am using ARCP-480 for control radio  works fine ...
Any idea ?

regards,

Gordan,

Solution for you is simply harwdare with GSM module with output relays , so you can reset "whatever"  simply sending SMS message and get reply "status message" for example "relay 1 is OFF"

Hi, I think that you mast cross pins on serial cable on radio side 1258MkII. It means that cross pin.2 with pin. 3. and pin.3 with pin.2. on amplifier side. Please check link

Hi,
I do not have schematic diagram of this units so it is little complicate to answer correctly  but for my opinion you will get +9v only is everything is OK with SIP. connection. That mean that you mast check configuration on radio side unit... I can not tun on front panel head if other side not ready..

Please check what status show green power led and AUX/MIC port leds?

P.S. Please check again on control side jumper 2 must be disconnected, it is for 9v. use control panel...but if it is everything O.K with hardware  with jumper 2. "connected"  you will get 8v...

I am sure that your port forwarding don't work well , please use this simple software and check on radio side is this ports are open on your router...
Port used for the Command channel (default = 12000)
UDP Audio port    Port used for the audio channel (default= 11000)
SIP Port    Port used for the SIP sessions ( default= 5060)

Please download this simple program

Hi,

Try this,  pressing and keep the button pressed for 20 sec the unit reset to factory default settings..
On this way you will get default static Ip address  192.168.0.227 (control) and 192.168.0.228 (radio) side..
