let me answer bottom up:
Version should be 1.0.4.3. = Yes, i have
Microbit SerialUDP Device should be present in the Group Ports = Yes, i have 3 times (COM5, COM6,COM7)
You should then have a file called info.txt = I don't have one !
If i click "Show program information" or "Show or hide settings panel" button i get the error window.
Have test newest version of soft

No info from Sweden, it looks like that is a real big buck. They should place a hint at web and stop selling this device.
So be careful if you using Windows7 - can be possible that you will get problems. Maybe next version of soft will fix it.

But device manager shows 3 "microbit SerialUDP Devives"
I am not a programmer. I install the soft also on my shack PC, running XP.
First and second start i get same error message. I reboot and not more error message came up, and soft runs well - only on XP SP3.
Maybe our trusted company in Sweden has a hint.

Have installed newest version of the Microbit RRC Client on a Windows7 PC.
If i click button Selecting Panels i get an error window. Same if i click "Show program Information"

« on: 2011-01-06, 15:03:24 »I am using Dynamic DNS for the Remote Rig radio box. I added a Webswitch to turn power on/off to an amplifier. Do I use the same Dynamic DNS information for the Webswitch or do I create a separate DynDNS account for the Webswitch?
It's equal. If you using different (1 or 2 or 3 or) DynDns services, its always the same IP you have! Each Router get only one IP from your provider. This IP will stored in your router. DynDns get this IP by a small upload tool or (in most cases) the router send the IP always to your DynDNS (if you have activated this function)
You have to use different ports - that is the key for you!
80 ist your web
12000, 11000,560x used by RemoteRig
21 by FTP
It's up to you to define a free port for use other Hardware/Server
This new port must configured in your WebSwitch/Server and in your Router.
Both together give the connection
If you not place this port in your router the "door" is closed for external internet use.

Please, can you add on Status page what Profile is in use like:
Active profile: DL5NAM
I things it's helpful and should be a detail/part of status page. Yes, if i clic on Profile page i can see what profile is in use.
May be, if no space left in memory, delete: Control panel ON
It's, i think, a useless info. Maybe i am wrong but i dont know at what condition it will show OFF.
