Hello
Until yesterday, my TS480 had been working flawlessly for years with my pair of RRC1258. Today, when I switched on the equipment and tried to transmit on CW, it wouldn't transmit, although it did on SSB. When I´m keying the paddle (or stright key), I hear the control RRC' sidetone as always, but the TS480 remains in reception and didn't transmit. I certainly hadn't made any changes to the configuration. Any hint what the problem could be and how to fix it? Thank you very much in advance.

I've owner the RR system since 2016, just got " WiFi module not Present" .

IT seems from this thread "Old wifi board and new RRC-1258 MKII" that means it's not working anymore?

Opened case to 1258 Radio pulled it out and but it back, same message!

Does Remote Rig still sell them!

General / RRC Nano v 1.6.8 oversizes the screen

Hi all,

I have been using the Kenwood Pro RRC Nano since 2019. I have never had any issues with the screen. I have used several mobile phones from different brands, and the app has always displayed perfectly on my screen.

However, on 28 July, when I updated to the latest version (1.6.8 ), I noticed that the interface was oversized for my phone's screen. I have a OnePlus Nord3 5G. My wife has an OnePlus Nord 4 5G and experiences the same problem.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? This is the first time I have had this problem, and as I mentioned earlier, I am not new to using Remoterig.

You can see the difference between the two screens in the attached files.

Yeap, Evrika!)) That was internet connection, swaped to LAN and all works as it should. Then I changed ports it was 9068-9070 (I do not know why, probably I did some tests before) to 13xxx and it started work via 4G and for now looks all fine, I have sound both RX and TX. So problem was in strange 90xx ports, reason for me unknown. Hope info will be handy for everyone.

I'm sure this problem is caused by your internet connections. Default settings should work. Start from testing both units on the same LAN to verify hardware, cables and basic settings.

Dear friends,
Today I was busy with setup my RemoteRig with TS-480 SAT and faced issue - everything seems to be OK, I was able to start my Kenwood through remoterig boxes, but only issue no RX/TX sound. I would say that may be in 5 % cases it have started normally with sound both ways. I have 2 pairs of RemoteRig and replaced and setup each side, but result is the same. So this is not hardware issue. Did somebody fight with same? I use on the radio side 4G router with wireguard connection to droplet with external fixed IP with all ports forwarded. Strange thing is that it's sometimes working, sometimes not. All settings according to manual, I played with codecs bandwidth, levels, but still no success. Thanks for any ideas, advices.

A similar and possibly related problem: I cannot enable the Memory integrity feature since ftvspenum.sys and a couple of other drivers from the same vendor are said to be incompatible with Windows 11.

I suppose deleting the drivers could in my case let me enable Win 11 Memory integrity. And in your case maybe disabling Memory integrity could rid you of those error messages.

Though I wouldn't say that I recommend any of those options.
