can not update firmware

I have tried everything, three different computers, I get a error code 31, both trying web and usb. I need the new firmware as the one installed 002.028 does not support the ID-880H. These units were just purchased from HRO yesterday.

Versions like yours before 2.36 have a problem that in some computers makes updating via USB impossible, so for you the way to go is to update via the internal web page. Which file are you using when upgrading? I ask since the "Size mismatch, header size=1347093252, rxd size=162747!" error message indicates there is something wrong with the file, like trying to use the zip-file directly without unzipping the bin-file inside.
