Always include type of hard/software and version when asking for support.

Shutdown immediately after the boot automatically

Shutdown? You mean that when you apply power to the unit, it boots up normally, but immediately powers down again? (No leds, no contact with it, etc)

I have to upgrade to the new version of the software
But I found: remote shut down and then to boot

I am sorry, but I do not understand what your problem is. Which unit does a remote shutdown? The RRC?
Always include type of hard/software and version when asking for support.
