Can see and modify settings on both RCC units on LAN.
Made required cabling
Pushing power button does nothing.

Looks to me that you left the RRC's with their default IP numbers, which is probably
different than your LAN subnet. Change with Setup Manager to DHCP or issue IP
numbers in the same subnet to make it work.
