"Dynamic DNS status Error, code 12" means that when the RRC sends a Dynamic DNS request to our server it times out before getting an answer. Since the "DNS status" is OK I would think that something either blocks the outgoing TCP connection on port 80 to our server, or something blocks the answer from reaching the RRC.

If you have changed router you should look for the problems in the router. Have you for example checked that SIP ALG is not activated. The router can also have port 5060 configured for IP telephony so I recommend you to change the SIP port to something else. Today we use 13000,13001,13002 as default ports.

Aha, you are using DynDNS. I thought your were using our Dynamic DNS system. Though that does not matter in this case since they work in similar ways.

Anyway, it's good to hear that at least the error code 12 is gone, though I must say that I do not understand why that happened just because you changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8  ;)

So these statuses are ok now:

Connection status Disconnected
SIP status Idle
Last SIP error None
RTP/UDP audio status Disconnected
UDP cmd status Disconnected

(When being connected of course)

How long after attempting to connect did you take this screen dump:

Connection status Faulty(See below)
SIP status Connected/transfering
Last SIP error None
RTP/UDP audio status Stalled(43)
UDP cmd status OK(29)

?

It seems that the RTP/audio stream is not ok, like if something is blocking it. UDP cmd could also be faulty if the number within () is counting down and eventually will reach (0). Are you correctly forwarding the RPT and UDP cmd ports?

Hmm.. SIP and RTP/Audio is now ok, UDP cmd is still not ok. That could be "normal" if you haven't turned on the equipment/software at the client side and so no "command data" is transferred. But I assume you have tried that?

yes if everything worked before you changed the router it's the router which is the problem. Cant you change back to the other router and test ?. Have you checked that the router has the latest firmware ? If you send all login info by email we can do some tests from the office on monday, Im at the summer house now and have no TS-480 stuff with me.
