ALARM GOING OF IN HEAD UNIT WHEN CONNECTED AND WONT TURN ON CAN ANYONE HELP

You do not say if you are on a local LAN ? if you are check the SIP contact setting (on a LAN it should be set to the same IP address as the IP of the Radio-RRC). The tone you hear means that the Control-RRC can not get in contact with the Radio-RRC. If you are trying over the Internet it can be the SIP- contact which is wrong, but also that there is no Port forwarding done in the Router at the Radion end.

sorry mike they are both conected to my router  and port fowarding was done

As long as both are connected to the same router no portforwarding are needed. Just enter the Radio-RRC IP -number as SIP-contact in in the Control-RRC

got it going but audio clipping  on outward transmission
