PCC-2000 to control FT-2000 via RRC 1258MkII - any positive results?
(1/1)
RZ3EM Andy:
Dear Colleagues,
Does anyone have any positive result to control remotely FT-2000 with usage of PCC-2000 via RRC 1258MkII?
And if anyone has any, please, which version of PCC-2000 is used for stable operation.
If not, any recommendations of software to control FT-2000.
Thanks in advance!

Hi Andy!
I'm using without problem PCC and HamRadioDeluxe with FT2000.
The version of PCC-2000 is the last one (1,42).
Which type of problem do you have?

RZ3EM Andy:
Dear Marco & Mikhail,
Many thanks for your kind replays, I would like to search the possibility to use the following configuration: FT2000 rig + PCC-2000 (full control of FT-2000 remotely) + HamRadioDeluxe (for logging & spots / tuning by spot) + SteppIR (3el) + Yaesu G800DXA. To use just only internal options of RRC 1258MkII.
Well, now I see the folowing solution: SteppIR will be connected via Y-cable directly to RIG and will tune automaticaly after HRD / PCC freq change, G800DXA - connected directly to RIG (rotate port with PS/2 cable, and might be controlled from PCC-2000), PCC-2000 and HRD might use the COM1 (CAT FT2000 option) sharing it with use of free Virtual Serial Port Emulator ( http://www.eterlogic.com/Products.VSPE.html - TNX Marco for info!)
So, there is still COM2 is free for other options (PA, etc.)
Mni TNX for support and info!
Mikhail, I will call you a bit later, TNX for your attention.
