Up and down Volume

I don't know if this is Remoterig, K3, or internet - But, I get sudden changes in volumes.  It may be 10 db. or so.
Sometime I hit the CW key and it picks up.
Anyone else?  Are there parms that help?

That's sounds like a K3 issue, I had the same but RF-gain was changing, Hardware replacement solved it. Check with Elecraft
