Serial Communication Problems in RRC-Micro 1.6.13 and higher

Due to some problems with the Serial Radio Communication between RRC-Micro and the Radio that seems to have been introduced in version 1.6.13,
we recommend to use 1.6.12 until the problem is solved.

Now solved in version RRCMicro 1.7.0
