using straight key o semiautomatic
« on: 2019-03-28, 21:59:07 »
hello,

new on the forum, I have tried with the search but could not find the answer. Sorry if the topic exist already.

I am awaiting the remoterig hardware for remotely connecting a TS-480.

I am using two kind of keyers:  bug -semiautomatic- and a single paddle keyer with its internal electronics. Therefore I am feeding the radio as a straight key, not using its keyer.

Will it be possible to use that in remote without passing through any PC but feeding the straight keying to the remoterig?

Thanks in advance for any help
Ferdinando

Hi Fernando,

It has been on the forum a few times, but the short answer is that you can look this up in
the manual: pages 94,95 & 242 (Appendix B).
