Thanks again Mitch.  I will do that. In the process my son at the remote site and I have allowed control
of my machine from his place.  This morning we tried to allow me remote access to his machine. Does not
work.....DNS name of remote computer not resolved..... Our wireless isp needs to read my antenna # up
tower so I will climb and read for them and they will help me resolve this problem in the next few days..
hopeful still.

Thanks Mitch.  Still unable to access.  Can't get past the user name and pwd.  I did have a pwd
in the sip pwd box of radio settings.  tried that without luck.  then deleted pwd and applied settings.
still no luck. Tried with leaving user name blank and with call.  when I try to turn on using ts480
control panel  get sip error so still have it a mess.  40 miles between sites and without access from
here to the RRC I will wear out on the project soon hi hi.

General discussion forum / Accessing RRC Radio via browser
« on: 2011-07-20, 21:07:59 »
I am still set up local with both RRC hooked into same router.  All radio functions
appear to work now thanks to all your help from past post.  I am not able to
access RRC Radio via my Firefox browser.  Get caution sign and message connection
was reset try later.  No prob accessing the control RRC or router.  So to get around
this I hook up usb and use setup mgr - net info - browse unit.  This lets me access
all pages edit etc.  I notice though when I hook up usb from radio rrc to computer
that I get the normal up dblding but then also 3 down dings????  BTW Radio is TS-480.
Any suggestions appreciated.

When try to turn on radio nothing lights up  get beeps and flashing yellow indicating SIP error.
Changed from program 5 to 4 to get access to connect button.  When I press connect the SIP
Status indicates: Unknown (1) on the control status screen.  I've been playing with this for
several hours now.  Feel stuck.  Any suggestions please
