Title: Changing QTH and router
Post by: hb9gce on 2014-02-24, 07:52:40
Hi all
I have resetted the configuration of the control box to work with a new router and now I am working again with my old router but I can't connect.
My local IP is 192.168.1.104
Submask 255.255.255.0
DNS/Gateway 192.168.1.1

I setted this values
Local IP of the control box: 192.168.1.227
Gateway / DNS 192.168.1.1
SIP contact is a fix IP in the remore location

But tried all the combinations, downloaded the latest firmware and setupmanager, setted my old router to allow IP 192.168.1.227, forwarded for both directions the port 80.

Can anyone help me ?

Thanks

Andy,

Is there any particular reason why the control RRC has a fixed internal IP? My experience is that the integration
with a local network is easier when the control RRC is set to DHCP. This also allows you to move the RRC to a new
location/router seamlessly, which is common. Try it and see if it solves your problem.
