Hi All
I just received my RRC MK2S and have configured to work with my TS480 using the front panel.
I try to activate my RRC Micro but no luck. When I was using my RRC Micro with my old RRC Radio Ver1 i used com1 in Radio RRC, mode4 4800Kbs. In RRC Micro client software I also used com1 mode4 4800 Kbs.
What com port should i use when using the New RRC Radio MK2S?. From what i find in the document i should use com2 in Radio RRC and also com2 in RRC Micro client software. What is wrong? Any suggestions?

Hi Rune,
You must use COM2. Connect the TS-480 CAT to COM2 of the RRC and set both for the same
baud rate. Use COM2 of the RRC Micro.

Hi Mitch
Thanks for quick ans. My settings is as you mentioned, com2 in Radio RRC 9600, 8,N,1, terminator 0 and the same in RRC Micro Client software.
I made my own serial cable RADIO to RRC Radio pin 2>2, 3>3, 5>5 pin 7 and 8 is shorted on Radio 9 pin plug still no luck, will check again after work today and see if there is anything I have done wrong.

Hi All,
From front page @ remoterig.com, this sorted my problem :-)
"Due to some problems with the Serial Radio Communication between RRC-Micro and the Radio that seems to have been introduced in version 1.6.13, we recommend to use 1.6.12 until the problem is solved."
I was using the latest version (1.6.16) when i test, went pack to 1.6.12 and all is good :-)
