Can't install Setup Manager

Oh dear! That was indeed a peculiar behaviour, hehe!

I have uploaded a zip-file without the selfextracting feature. Find it here:

http://www.remoterig.com/downloads/MicrobitSetupManager_v1.8_2010-11-15.zip

Extract the three files and run setup.exe and see what happens  ;)
