I would like to try the RRC-Nano with my nexus tablet but the application "Remoterig RRC Nano - Server" is NOT available for this device. I can't install it.
In the description is written:
....
RRC-Nano is an App for Android which makes it possible to remote control Ham radio stations from a Smartphone or other Android devices.
Has someone installed it on a tablet?

@hb9edm:
Not yet. I have been assigned to other things and have not been able to.
Hopefully I get some time to look into it this coming week. Sorry about that.

Hello, I have already answered on another thread, anyway: on my phone (LG D605) the app does not install because of the SIP VOIP service missing. This service is required by RRC Nano Server! :'(
Searching on the internet, it seems that many branded Android devices (from Samsung, LG, Motorola, ...) do have SIP disabled or even removed.
I have verified the missing services using this free app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.akexorcist.udevicefeatures
This reported SIP and SIP VOIP services not available on my phone >:( >:(. Maybe this is your problem too.

After some research we found that (as Mauro says) some devices does not support SIP or have SIP disabled.
That's is unfortunate. However SIP is needed by the app as that's what the RRC-box supports.
