Title: Difference between RRC-1258 single and dual-rx versions
Post by: KP4TR on 2010-12-08, 04:51:30
Hello. I recently purchased the Remoterig dual version, but have yet to connect my TS-2000 with dual audio. How can I tell the difference between the dual and single audio models?
I am going to get the cable to separate the audio, but how can I tell I have the correct models?

My hardware version is 006 and firmware 000.000.002.028

Hi

There are several ways to find it out. It says RRC-1258MKIIs (s in the end) on the labels under the boxes. You can also verify it via the web interface like you did. From hardware version 006 it's Dual Rx.

The choce to activate DualRx in the Radio-RRC only shows up if the hardware supports it.
