I have the system working great on SSB but am having a problem with using the CONTROL unit internal keyer.

I get side tone and the keyer seems to work properly, but it does not key the radio.

If I turn the CONTROL keyer off,  I can key the radio with one side of the paddle at the CONTROL.

The radio is connected from the PAD output on the RADIO unit to the KEY input of the TS-480

Any suggestions??

Does the router on the CONTROL end have to be configured with the same port forwarding parameters as the router on the RADIO end?
