Hi

I don't now exactly what the Sprint box does, but in general a 3G/4G router with a ethernet connector can be used the way you explain. I use it my self on exibitions etc where no WLAN-Internet is available. I have used boxes from Dovado or Ericsson but the brand name is not important.

Det är inte lätt att säga vad du gjort för fel, men jag vet att det funkar Tilman har kört den och ERC har ju skrivit om hur man kopplar in den på sin hemsida så det funkar. Tänk på att kopplingen på com1 och 2 inte är lika.

Jag har ingen själv så jag kan inte ge mycket mer råd

The yaesu twin only works with com2

I do not exactly understand how you want to connect the com ports

The development of the twin solution was very expensive and we think it's more fare that those who really need it also pay for it rather than that we raise the price for everyone.

As stated in the manual FT-9000 -> FT-9000 is not tested, I guess all but the meters will work.

The combinations tested is

FT-950 -> FT-950
FT-2000 -> FT-2000
FT-5000 -> FT-5000

FT-950 -> FT-5000
FT-2000 -> FT-5000
FT-9000 -> FT-5000

We need to get two FT-9000:s to fix the meter tables

Connected/transferring betyder att burkarna har kontakt med varandra, indikeras också av gul LED på fronten.

Du kan inte använda ett sånt interface som du ritat, det finns inga spänningar på CTS och DTR i COM2 du måste strömförsörja interfacet separat.

You have right D10 should not have been mounted when the Relay is not mounted. I will change it in the BOM for the next production batch. No one have recognized it before, thank you.

Eftersom det står i 790 manualen att ett interface krävs. Då är jag ganska säker på att det bara är 5V nivåer i ACC kontakten vilket innebär att det inte går att ansluta till COM2 på RRC som ju är en RS-232 port (+-12V nivåer). Nyare Kenwood har ju RS-232 kontakt direkt på radion, det är det som beskrivs i RRC-manualen. Men COM0 har ju TTL nivåer så det borde gå att ansluta till den.

skulle tro att det behövs någon omvandling till RS-232 nivåer i mellan. Men om det är 5V på ACC kontakten så kan man kanske koppla direkt till COM0 som ju jobbar med 5V nivåer.

Jag aldrig sett radion så jag gissar bara, men kolla schemat.

Jag trodde det blivit bra, när vi inte hört nått från dig.

Jag använder själv Netgear DG834 i stugan dom har alltid funkat perfekt, jag köper på mig en hög under vintern på tradera för en 50 lapp styck, åskan brukar ta några per sommar jag har 3km luftledning till stugan så det är inte mycket att göra.

1. As you can see you have pingtimes up to more than 3 seconds, that's nothing to do about it it will be breaks in the audio.

2. Some 3G networks take a while before they starts sending continous RTP packets, If you turn on Continuously RTP tx in the Radio-RRC this problem will probably be solved.

3. Set codec to 0 in both ends to save bandwidth, and increase the jitter buffersize and jitterbuffer delay in both ends, then the system vill be more tolerant against jitter. But those 3 seconds latencys will remains as breaks.

I recommended changing to ADSL.

I haven't seen a description fa exact what SIP ALG does but when analyzing with wireshark you can see that SIP ALG distroys the sip messages, so it will not work at all. The situation you describe is something else.

ARCP-480 do not work with the virtual com ports so you have to use HRD.

90% of those who have problem with the connection have missed to connect pin 7 and 8 together in the CAT cables radio end. Check that first
