Hi,
Am thinking of remote operation.  Currently using IC7400 with logger 32 interfaced through C1-V so get auto fx/band/dx spot setup etc.  I dont want to lose that, nor do I particularly want to go route of HRD with virtual ports to run Logger 32/HRD together.  If I switch to the IC706 for remote operation, is there anywhere at the local end that Logger 32 can interface to pickup the information it currently gets via the C1-V?

Hi

You can use a second serial port for CI-V and use the control panel and your PC-software at the same time, as if they where standing on your desktop. No problem
