Title: VOX setting and CW on the TS-480

Sometimes remoterig respects the VOX setting on the TS-480 control head, and sometimes it does not.   I would expect the radio to not transmit with VOX switched off in CW mode when I press the paddles.   Is this a bug?

The Remotrig system does not know anything about the TS-480 settings, it always transfer the CW-keying signal to the radio. Then it's up to the TS-480 to decide what to do with it.
