Title: RC1216H for SPE Expert 1K-FA

Hi,
I have RC1216H for Yaesu rotator controll.

Also thinking to use SPE Expert 1k-FA amp.
As manual, web page etc.. only stating ACOM 2000A amp.

My question is Can we use RC1216H for remote-controll SPE Expert 1K-FA linear amplifier?

Hi

No the Expert 1k-FA has no third party control Interface, you have to transfer the serial port and use their own PC-software. It can be transferred over com1 in the RRC:s

So I do not need RC1216H, but RRC-1258 (mkII) com1, it good news, because I already have RRC.
