I came across a strange problem; when changing the main VFO the radio/SIP is disconnected after about 10 seconds. No such problems when turning sub-VFO. I can transfer freq from sub to main VFO without any trouble. The problem only appears when changing frequency with main VFO dial or clarifier dial...
BTW radio-rrc status says "Radio: OFF", also when the radio is on and working...?
Any ideas before I go crazy :o
All input welcome!

This is a Firmware problem
I had this with my FT5K also when I upgraded to a newer release
didn't have time yet to do screendumps.
Go back to the preivious working Firmware and it will be solved.

Thank you very much Guy!
Just to make sure - you mean the radio´s firmware - not the RRC firmware?

Hi
Yes I remember it now when Guy write it. Before you change back. Try to log what happens.

Hi!
Well, appeared that I had some other strange behaviour while debugging.... Anyway I sent what I got to Remoterig. It seems like the protocol was changed quite a bit.
I´m trying a new firmware for RRC-1258 now, and it seems like it is working! Usual fantastic support by Mike & co!
