I just have this new config and I doesnt work...

I have been with remoterig and TS480S and twin Ft2000 without problems and Im not able to
do it work...

Someone who has the same problem?

everything its on their place...may be I need to change something on kenwood Menu plus the Baudrate con com port?

Hi,

Change the baudrates (Kenwood Menue 56 and RRC 1258) to 9600. Radio-Mode 18. COM 2 mode is logical parallel to com 0.

Baudrate in my Ts590 are on menu 61...

Now after several re-stars in my RRC control, its work, I can control the TS590, I have Audio RX but NOT PTT / TX Audio using the mike and also using de SEND button on Kenwood pannel.

When I push the SEND button the TX led its ON buy also no audio.

Also no TX on CW!

I have checked pin to pin the straps on RRC Control and RRC Radio using a tester and all are OK.

Did I missed something?

Hi,

Mike has to go through RRC, not to TS-590. Check the cables: http://www.remoterig.com/schema/K19-20-TS-590-twin.pdf

Keyer cable goes from pad Radio RRC to key (not paddle) TS-590. Use Vox for CW at TS-590.  See manual RRC: keyer
Sri, yes Baudrate in menu is 61.

Keyer cable on rrc cable.

Before I posted here, I read the manual several times, this is my fourth remote.

Got the solution!

Hard RRC control reset + All the traps new + cross fingers = ITs WORKS!

On your 590 config works the VGS-1?  With the the 480S its work great but its seems to be that not with the 590 config...  >:(
