Hello

is here any one has running RC2000 at TS2000 ?

I have several problems - newest firmware.

HY

I didnt get a right diplay - normaly only the half figures.
some knob has no funktion. also most time no sound

Sometime i have no backlight or i dindt see anything on teh RC2000.
Power off - reset the RRC - reconect - better

i have the newst firmware.

AT TS2000 side - i have a selfmade cable
at RC2000 side the orginal cable

What is your firmware ?

Hello all

after the last frimware update , i have many problems with RC2000 and TS2000.
half dispaly - wrong signs - no sound ....

Now i checked all in the homenet . Cables / speaker OK.
downgrade the firmware to 2.15 - and the sound is running as ever.

Then i upgrade to 2.21 again and new all is running ..

Hello all

after a few days in my home network - the TS2000 is at the remote place.
Now i get when i connect them - an dial Tone llike at the telefon.

Some times during a transmission i get a busy tone - like on the telefon and the connection is colsed.
(10W on 2m or  50W on 7 MHz)

Another Error ist that the RC2000 bacjlight is dark. look in the Menu stand on 2. if i switch from 2 to 3 - the light is on. Back to 2 is darker but on.

most time  after a reconnect - disconnct by busy tone - my menu in the bottom display is away.
long press on the left buttim it came.

I have had similar busy tones on ts480 combo with last software release.

Hi all

Looks like RFI-issues, configuration TS2000 and RC2000 work flawlessly with the newest software release. The busy tones come up when the internet link is down, probably due to rfi. The dialtone comes up when building up the connection to the remote box.

At the radio site you should use short, shielded cables, toroids and symmetric antennas. Also make sure that you have a good grounding of all components of your station. Do not power the box from the transceiver power supply, use a separate power supply. Put grounded sheet metal under your station table, this will eliminate rf-issues.

thank for answer.

Was at the Remote QTH - install 10 Torids in all Lines, take a seperat PSU for the RRC

Looks like the same Problem

50 MHz USB - Good SWR / Antenna - press PTT say 123456 .
Wait 5sec and if i turn now the QRG Knob i get a disconect.
Same on 432 and Shortwave
on 144Mhz - sometime i get only one tone but the unit is alive

After the Disconect i can connect the Unit derectly again, but looks like the
the unit doesnt know about the disconnect and Restartet the Connection again.

- Disconect ... Connect - Diplay lighted - diplay off - Diplay lighted and Menu

Is very strange
