Title: PC client install issues - win7 64bit

All,

I am having terrible issues with the latest pc client

RRC-Client-64Bit_1.0.10.exe

first the install fails

missing msvcr100.dll

found that and installed it onto the windows system folder

then I get an error message and crash

error. system.BadImageFormatException: An attempt was made to load a programme with an incorrect format.
at NativeMethods.Mblogger_enter string
at Microbit.gui.main
at Microbit.Programme.Main

I have to disable RRC.exe in the service under task manager to get it closed

please advise if anyone else sees this!

hi

there is  new version v1.0.12 of the PC-Client with this problem fixed

HI Mike

yes it fixed the install issue

but I get a "soundcard missing - please check cables error"

is this a config issue or software?

If you do not have the RCC-Micro USB hardware connected when starting the software it will say so

ohh i see this is yet another box got it now :(

the pc cannot connect directly
