I can’t determine how to change the above setting.

I don't know what you mean by changing external IP subnet. There is no need for that i a device like Remoterig, It may be needed in a router if DHCP is not used.
If you refer to the "External IP" at the status page it's just information, nothing that the Remoterig use.

Thanks … yes, it’s from the status printout. I noticed that it pointed to my control RRC which is not connecting. Since I’m troubleshooting the control RRC, and noticed the external ip used a different subnet (0 vs 1), I thought I might have discovered something. I will look further.
The Control RRC isn’t connecting to my network and the green LED on the radio RRC does not light at all (although the functionality seems fine). It worked when I deinstalled the setup last year.
Good project for a rainy day like today in Las Vegas!

Hi
I can have alook if you send export settings (html) files from both units to support@remoterig.com

Thanks Mike,
Let me spend a bit more time troubleshooting the hardware. I suspect that’s where the problem is located. Some background:
Control RRC has been built into a K3 sized cabinet. It has worked flawlessly for several years except for a few fried open surge protectors on the Ethernet input. I bridged these (versus replaced) and all was well. A few months later, I took the control RRC to Europe for several months. I could never get it to connect, and now suspect my repair job has failed (or I blew the input with static). The repair was on the Ethernet circuit which would explain why it doesn’t connect. The ip addresses, subnet, etc are fine.
The radio RRC seems to be fine, but the green LED never illuminates. I can read the configuration remotely so hopefully the rest of the box is fine.
Im moving the station to Montana from Las Vegas in November. I have a bit of time to struggle (learn) through the design and determine what occurred.

Thanks Mike. I sent the files to you off-list.
