I need to reset my 1216H password. Connecting the USB from the Webswitch to my computer yields a Windows message indicating that the device cannot be found. I tried a different computer with the same message. Both are Windows 11. Replaced cable … still same result. The LED near the mini usb port blinks green.
I am able to access the switch via the ip address, but the password can only be changed through the port.
Ideas?
