Title: Trouble with RC-2000
Post by: n0xbd on 2011-11-10, 15:47:01
I am doing the initial setup and test of the RRC-1258MkIIs connecting it to a TS-2000x along with the RC-2000.
The RRC-1258s are both running V2.46 firmware. I have them both hooked together on our local network, connected to the same switch. My problem is, I cannot get the RC-2000 to turn on. When I press the power button on it I get nothing, but if I power on the TS-2000 I get PTT and both recieve and transmit audio to pass through the network, and I also can get Ham Radio Deluxe to work over com2. I followed all of the procedures in the book as far as jumpers and baudrates are concerned. Has anyone else run into this?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Nevermind, found a cabling problem. Everything is working fine now.
