I want to use a relais card for switching the antennas. The card is normally connected with a crossed (0-modem) cable with the computer and this works perfectly.
But I can not connect to the relais card via the remoterig modems. I tried all possibilities: I used straight and crossed cables on both sides, I tried com 1 and com 2, I tried different modes....nothing worked.
The data of the card are: 19200 baud, 8 bit, 1 stopbit, no dts/rts, no parity. I used this data for the modems.
I use the modems for the IC706 with remote control panel and the radio works perfectly.
What could be wrong?
Any hints?
