Title: RRC 1258 Setup manager

Whenever I try to down load the setup manager for the RRC 1258, Norton  blocks it, removes it, and provides a malicious software message.  Do you folks know about this:

I used www.virustotal.com to check the setup file and it found nothing suspicious. Microsoft Security Essentials did not find anything either. Maybe Norton does not like exe files? If you feel up to it you might try disabling Norton while downloading and installing.

I have never had a problem with Norton and Setup Manager.
