the data you have pasted in is not correct. There some mixup or confusion.
default IP for Control RRC is 192.168.0.227 and for Radio-RRC 192.168.0.228
SIP contact field is only available in control RRC and there should be the IP of the Radio-RRC
check that the header showing Control in the Control RRC and Radio in the Radio RRC if not read this

Ok tanks Mike for quick reply
and pse exact serial setting is
On:
Remote
COM 1 - Mode 7
Local
Com 1 - Mode 6
????????????????????????????

-
the settings for com1 doesn't matter. Make it working before bother with com1
/Mike
-
Ok tnx DONE now I see 1 radio and 1 control (before 2 control)
Tnx very much......
It appears to be working---
last problem (sure not least)
Control switch off remote radio but non on???????
Tnx Franco i1fqh

K3 is switched on by a hardware signal in the ACC connector. There should be a cable from Radio-RRC I/O connector to the K3 ACC connector and you need to set Out0 = Connect in the Radio-RRC.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
tnx Mike for support
Cable is the original supplied and in use..
set of: Out0 = Connect
But remote do not switch on the radio...
Any idea?
Franco i1fqh
-
no that's all which is needed, When pressing the power on button on the control K3, the connection will be setup and the remote K3- will start.

-
Tnx
"On and off" on remote is done by same cable?
Now i will test the cable connections. (Tested is OK!!)
No particular hardware setup on the board??
Franco i1fqh
P.S.
All 2 radios are connected but
RADIO STATUS
is
Name Value
Radio OFF
Connection status OK
SIP status Connected/transfering
Last SIP error None
why Radio OFF???Radio is ON!
-
The hardware signal is only for power ON. Power off is handled by a data message over the CAT port
Only the cable and the setting for OUT 0 = connect in the Radio-RRC are needed no straps or other things
/mike
-
The hardware signal is only for power ON.
What I have to do to test if hardware works properly??
Power off is handled by a data message over the CAT port
OFF is OK!

You can measure with a volt meter that pin 7 in the ACC connector goes low, but it's open collector so the cable has to be connected to the K3 when you do the measure. If you have bought a new set uf RRC.s the output is tested and OK. Where have you bought it, not from us as far as I can see ? Do you have cables bought from us or elecraft or have you made them by your self ?
/mike

Hello Mike
bought new from you on 2012 - serial n.r. 1258 (twin k3 set with all cables.)
Never used (busy with my work) only tested 1 time -----
Tomorrow evening I try to test with a volt meter pin 7
Tnx and good night

You can measure with a volt meter that pin 7 in the ACC connector goes low, but it's open collector
Hello Mike g.e.
but pin 7 in the ACC connector as seen on page 207 of the user manual is not in use ... cable use pin 1-8-5
Tnx
Franco i1fqh
-
The ACC connector is on the back of the radio
/mike
-
Yes is on the back of the radio but pin 7 of the radio ACC it is not phisically connected to the RRC through the cable..
If I not mistaken cable E3c use only pin 1,8,5
OK I have to measure if voltage on pin 7 of the rear ACC radio connector goes LOW...How Low?
Tnx
Franco
I remenber the problem - Remote radio do not goes On but goes OFF
-
ok it's pin 8 in ACC connector which is power on I miss read it
/mike
-
I opened the radio...difficult (impossible) to measure volt on pin 8.. No other way??
Setting check
CONTROLL IO settings
IN0 mode l/0
OUT0 mode l/0
OUT1 mode l/0
OUT2 mode l/0
USB RTS as PTT DISABLED
USB DTR as CW DISABLED
-----------------------------------------------
RADIO CONTROLL IO SETTING
OUT0 mode CONNECT
OUT0 on/off OFF
OUT1 mode CONNECT
OUT1 on/off OFF
OUT2 mode CONNECT
OUT2 on/off OFF
All OK??
-
Hi
You do not have to open the radio just open the plastic housing on the connector. Only OUT0 need to be set to "Connect". You can look at the status page in the Radio-RRC when the connection is down output 0 should show "low", when you then press the PWR on button on the Control-K3 the yellow LED on the AUX/MIC connectors should both be ON. If you now refresch the status page in the Radio-RRC the Output 0 should show "high" and the remote K3 should start. If you measure on pin 8 it should be high when disconnected and 0V when connected. Email me info so I can login to your Radio-RRC from here.

OK now zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...............
Tnx and good night

G.e.Mike....
still here..
YES when I press the PWR button on the Control-K3 the yellow LED on the AUX/MIC connectors (radio controll) goes ON (not the red)
-Status Output 0 change from low to high
but radio remain off..
Franco
Status of the "radio" remain OFF also when radio is ON
-
Ok tghen you need to measure the voltage at the ACC connector. Also check the cable with an ohm meter so it's OK
/ Mike
-
Ok g.e.Mike
When remote power switch "on" no volt on pin 8 acc. connector of radio - when send "off" read 4,7 volt on pin 8 and radio goes off
Franco i1fqh
-
Ok
Then the RRC and the cables are OK. I will ask Elecraft if they have any idea about why the K3 doesn't start.
If you have two K3s you may change them and see if there is any difference

Yes done....same problem..
Attention when switch ON on remote no Volt(pin8) on radio acc when switch OFF on remore 4.7 volt (on PIN8) radio acc pin..
We need also 4.7 volt to switch On the radio or not???
Franco
-
There is a open collector transistor output in the RRC which connect the ACC pin to GND, then the K3 should start. So it's OK, I have no idea about why the K3 do not start up, I have never heard anyone having problem with that either. You mean that nothing happen at all ? No light in the display or anything ?
/mike

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM...........................
what you think..You can check my radio box from remote??
Last chance - if not working I retourn the box to you for a factory check
