Title: JMP2 in control box for IC-7100

Page 23 of the manual says that JMP2 should be in place to provide 8 volts to the display for all Icom radios.  The schematic for the 7100 indicates 8 volts are being used.  But page 101 says JMP2 should be removed.  Any comments or recommendations?  73, Ray

It should be 8V but it's not that important as there are Regulatotors which take it down 3V3 etc.
